Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tinova mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Tinova for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Medical Disclaimer

Tinova is designed to provide relaxation and sleep support through audio environments. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including tinnitus. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using this app if you have any medical concerns.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the app are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time with reasonable advance notice.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tinova and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tinova, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.

Charitable Contributions

Tinova contributes a portion of proceeds to veteran-focused charitable organizations. We are not officially partnered with or endorsed by these organizations. The amount and timing of contributions are at our sole discretion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
